Buffalo Parking Doom & Gloom

As Buffalo grows and develops,  parking is turning into an ever growing crisis.  Too many people,  not enough spots for the cars that inevitability will come.  Especially with people commuting to jobs in the medical  corridor.

Of course lip service is paid to the idea of more public transit.  It needs to be more than lip service.  The article in the November 23, 2018 Buffalo News outlined the problem,  and gave almost no room to the solution.  It did talk about " green development" and development along the bus routes, but not u til the end and only a few measly paragraphs.

Improving on public transit needed to be the prime thrust of the article.  More busses and an improvements to the NFTA rail line needed to be the primary focus of the article.  It did point out a few issues with the  soon to be private public owned parking.  It also pointed out the "prophets of doom" that mentioned this problem before the development boom,  but too much was spent on this.

Buffalo needs to invest more in the NFTA and improve the lines,  get more busses & more types, as well as expand the Metro Rail.  This needed to be the gist and thrust of the article,  not the minor lip service that it received.
